Description
The title plays on the notion of the High Court of Australia overruling the Queensland Supreme Court ruling on the Queensland Coast Islands Declaratory Act 1985 to stop the Mabo case claiming is was discrimination. The High Court then discriminated against Mabo’s personal litigation for a natural title for his individual plot of land to a socialist communal title. Communal Native Title must be ‘Over Rooled’ for natural individual freehold title.
